I had some particular needs I wanted to confirm could be met before I placed my order for a set of SnugsPro earpieces. The staff were super patient with me and addressed all my inquiries. I'm pleased with the final product.

The Snugs earphones showed up quickly, and I really dig the idea of custom-fit earphones; they sit just right in your ear. They're lightweight, comfy, and a breeze to operate. The Bluetooth neck piece is quite flexible, allowing you to adjust how you prefer to wear it. I had my phone's volume all the way down for Bluetooth, and just like they said, you don’t need to crank it up to enjoy the tunes. Plus, this means folks next to you won’t catch a sound! I'm really impressed! But, the Bluetooth version Zen is said to be usable in bed. While the Snugs feel snug in your ear, the wire connecting the earphones to the neck piece sticks out a bit, which can dig into your ear if you lie on your side. I thought I could fall asleep with them on, but it’s a bit too much. Also, the charging port is B-type, not the more common C-type these days, which feels like a step back. I’ll still use them since they’re super secure for jogging and provide good noise isolation. It would be awesome if the Bluetooth version of Snugs could be made completely wireless! 😏

These gp snugs are absolutely fantastic, they fit just right, super snug, I’ve got it hanging in front of my neck, and I just twist the dials to where it’s easy to reach. And that’s it… Simple as that! I’m itching for the rain to clear so I can hit the road on my superbike. One thing though, I’ve searched high and low for answers on this—how can I tell if they’re fully charged? Does a red light mean they’re good to go, or does it indicate low battery?

Absolutely top-notch service!!! I got the Snugs with audio for kitesurfing, and they exceeded my expectations by a mile. I highly suggest giving this product a try. The crew was incredibly helpful and super friendly!

Fits well, but I reckon my ears gotta adjust to the snugness, since the buds feel a tad intrusive.

One little issue I'm facing with the Bluetooth zen device is that the volume control is kinda unresponsive. The jump from silence to the next volume level is quite significant. I can't get to sleep because the lowest setting that's not muted is just too loud!

Fits really well and feels comfy. The quality is top-notch. This is my third set of Snugs I've bought. These ones are for the Apple Air Pod Pro (2). Sadly, you can't charge the AirPods while the Snug tips are on. That's why I'm not giving it a full 5-star review. Fingers crossed the Snugs can handle the constant on and off of the AirPods. Shipping isn't lightning-fast since the tips come from the UK, but I was ready for that.

I'm really let down. The ear molds just don’t fit right, even after getting a custom one from an audiologist. I was hoping for much more. Honestly, my AirPods sound way better with the inserts that come from Apple.

Awesome service, super friendly and accommodating. Last year, I got myself a pair of SnugsAqua, and let me tell ya, they’re just great—comfy and totally leak-proof. I use them at least three times a week for both pool and open water swims.

I just grabbed a pair of SnugsPro, and Emma was incredibly helpful again. They fit perfectly, and the personal touch in service is just fantastic.

I gotta mention, I’ve never been able to wear headphones or earbuds because of my 'quirky little ears.' But these are truly custom-made; I hardly even notice I have them in.

Awesome item. Really pleased with my snugs. The only downside was that a bit more communication during the manufacturing phase would’ve been nice. I had to reach out myself to figure out why my order was stuck.

Awesome item! I’ve tried both the Aqua and Zen versions. Plus, I always found the support team super helpful whenever I reached out.

From my review dated June 24th, you can tell that the Bose Sport headset earbuds I got just didn’t work right. In their reply, Snugs mentioned they’d remould the buds, but guess what? They never did. Not long after I posted my initial review, my wife got hit with a customs shipping bill from DHL, all because Snugs seems clueless about shipping to Europe. If you’re outside the UK, steer clear. After waiting two months with no word, I suggested to Emma that they should just refund us. I also asked them to cover the DHL charge. But I got crickets in response. In September, I had to file a money claim to get our money back, which even led to a county court judgment against them.
The product itself is neat and clever, and if it works for you, you’re golden. But if it doesn’t, don’t expect any customer service help. Be ready to either do a chargeback on your credit card or take Snugs to court to get your money back.
This isn’t some massive corporation, either. According to their last Companies House filing, they’ve got just 6 employees. The head of customer service is one of the directors, and she’s the one who ignored my messages. Just because you’ve got a cool product doesn’t mean you can skip out on your responsibilities to customers. Buyer beware.

I ordered a pair of snugs for my swimming sessions, and they arrived just fine. These things are fantastic, and I won’t have to deal with ‘water in my ear’ anymore. Big thanks to snugs!

I was really hoping that my snugs aqua with filter would let me swim underwater comfortably without any water getting in my ears. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I ended up with water in my ears while using the snugs, and it led to an ear infection. :(
